Hereby I declare to readjust the regulation of competition. as follows:
1. Readjust p 5.2.1. as follows:
5.1.2. Pre-start scrutineering
All cars and teams taking part in the Rally must come to pre-start scrutineering on Friday, September 24 by following timetable:
7.30-8.00 cars no. 1-14
8.00-8.30 15-28
8.30-9.00 29-42
9.00-9.30 43-54
9.30-10.00 55-70
10.00-10.30 71-84
10.30-11.00 85-98
11.00-11.30 99-102
11.30-12.00 103-116
12.30-13.00 117-130
13.00-13.30 131-144
13.30-14.00 145-168
14.00-14.30 169-180, 0 ja VIP autod
2. Readjust p 5.2. as follows:
5.2. The maximum number of entrants is 180 cars.
3. Readjust p 9.8. as follows:
9.8. Regroupings
During the Rally there will be 3 (three) regroupings:
Before entering to the Service Parks B, C - starting intervals corrected, resulted from retirements and/or late arrivals. In the end of Leg 1 will be regroup based on the results of Leg 1. Target starting time shown on Time Card and on the Official Notice Board.
