DEFINITION
The Middle-Estonia Amateurrally 2009 (Kesk-Eesti rahvaralli 2009) will be run in compliance with the International Sporting Code (and it's appendixes), the General Prescriptions of FIA rallies, the provisions of EASU National Sporting Regulations, every mans rally regulations and by the stipulations of present Supplementary Regulations. GENERAL DATA
Overall length: 186 km
Number of special stages: 8
Total distance of special stages: 15 km
Number of stages run twice: 3
Rally consists of one leg and 3 sections.
Eligible vehicles are all passenger cars which comply with technical rules of Every Mans Rally and have a insurance that is valid on Estonian roads. Competing with sports cars that have ASN technical licence is not allowed (allowed only for V21 crews).
