The Saaremaa Amateurrally 2009 (Saaremaa Rahvaralli 2009) will be run in compliance with the International Sporting Code (and it's appendixes), the General Prescriptions of FIA Rallies, the provisions of EASU National Sporting Regulations, Every mans rally regulations and by the stipulations of present Supplementary Regulations. ELIGIBLE CARS
Eligible vehicles are all passanger cars which comply with technical rules of Every Mans Rally and have a insurance that is valid on Estonian roads. Competing with sports cars that have ASN technical licence is not allowed (allowed only for V21 crews).

J18 – juniors (2WD passenger cars)
V21 – juniors (2WD sports cars)
4WD – 4WD cars
2WD-V – 2WD cars under 1600 ccm
2WD-S – 2WD cars over 1600 ccm
ML – Moskvich
